Being an Audit firm in Bangalore, we conduct audits as per the Indian Auditing Standards and provide assurance to our clients on their Financial Statements year on year.
B C Shetty & Co as a CA Firm was established in 1985 by our Founder CA. B Chandrashekar Shetty who originally hails from Kundapura, Udupi District. As the firm matured over the years we started providing all statutory compliance services like E-TDS, Income Tax Filing, GST and Company Law.
Now the CA Firm in Bangalore has transformed to provide Business Advisory services through Virtual CFO services giving clients real time insights on their business results and guiding them to a path of monumental growth. Going forward we plan to offer Business Dashboards which can help our clients to track key business KPI's and be prepared for fund raising or Listing in Stock Exchange through IPO's.
As a CA Firm we give utmost importance to data security. Our practice is based on state of art practice management tool which offers our clients a secure network to share data and store information for future retrieval.

B C Shetty founded the firm in 1985 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He has been instrumental in creating a strong culture of dedication, integrity and ownership among the team
He specialises in Income Tax matters and represents clients upto highest level of Income Tax Authorities. As a senior partner, he now looks at overall management of the firm and advises marque clients on Tax planning and business management.
He also participates in social communities to promote education at all levels and even has scholarship programs for needy CA students.
CA. Ankith C Shetty, B.Com, FCA, Dip IFR, CISA (Q)
Mr. Ankith Shetty is a partner in the firm, with more than 8 years experience in handholding many multi-national companies entering India to set up their business operations. He has strong insights into complicated tax structure and compliance mandates relevant in India to ensure business owners can fully focus on their business and rest is taken care by his team.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with certificate of Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA apart from holding a degree in Bachelor of Commerce.
Ankith likes to setup systems and process flows internally as well as for clients to ensure reliability in business operations. Being a tech geek, he is eager to implement latest technology to automate practice and improve customer experience.
He currently heads SEZ Advisory, Business Setup and consulting practice in the Firm.

Mr. Sarvothama Shetty is an Fellow Member of ICAI (FCA) who currently manages Malleshwaram operations.
He is in practice for 8 years, he handles Labour law compliance and GST compliance services . He handles Tax planning & Filing of Returns for all entities viz., Individuals, HUF's, Firms, Companies, and Trusts etc. He will represent before Income tax and Commercial tax authorities up to appeal level.
He is having experience in accounts, Audit,Budgeting, Taxation and TDS. He helps in getting Lower TDS certificates for individuals and companies. He is specialized in audit and Taxation. He will provide Income tax consultancy services for transfer pricing, proper tax planning, indirect advisory services including GST.
He handles company incorporation, filing of annual returns and various forms, documents and secretarial compliance like change of name, objects, registered office etc. he helps the client in getting various registration like professional Tax, GST, IEC etc.

Mr. Dinesh is an Associate Member of ICAI (ACA) who currently heads Mysore branch operations.
He is versatile in Audit under IS environment and Direct Taxation. He has wide exposure in Audit of various entities such as Banks, Public Sector Undertakings and other Corporate & Non-corporate entities. He is also involved in Company incorporation/ Compliance services, new business setting-up services and other business related services.

Mr. Shambhu is a B.Com Graduate and Member of ICAI. As a partner of BCS he is handling Taxation matters and Auditing, particularly Income tax return filing, Income Tax Audits and Statutory Audits. He is specialized in Tax and Statutory Audit of companies and firms and has exposure in Internal / Concurrent audit of Banks. Also he has good experience of Accounting/book keeping. Currently he is heading Accounting and Audit team.

M.Com Graduate and an Associate member of ICAI. He is Partner with BCS. He is specialized in Indirect Taxation and Auditing, particularly Goods and Service Tax (GST) return filing, consultancy and GST Audit and has exposure in Internal / Concurrent audit of Banks. Mr. Guruprasad Shetty is a B Com Graduate and is working as audit manager in B C Shetty & Co and he is specialized in Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Statutory and Tax Audit. Also has experience in audit of Government Company. Currently He oversees our operations of Whitefield Branch.
